Shipping, Pickup, Delivery, and Payment Info

PAYMENT INFO:

Various payment options are provided to try and accommodate everyone's preference. But regardless of the payment option you choose, orders are not processed until payment is received. There's no Cash on Delivery/Pickup and orders will not ship without payment.

SHIPPING INFO:

Shipping day is Wednesday. Business days are Tuesday - Saturday. Please allow up to 10 business days for custom orders to ship.

PICKUP INFO:

Pickup Location: Farley Ave, Newark, New Jersey 07108, United States (The full address will be on your order confirmation email, and will also be sent via text when your order is ready for pickup)

• When choosing your pickup day and time, please choose a time that you can adhere to.
• When you arrive to pickup, call or text 803-216-5504 and your order will be brought out to you.
• If you feel that you may be late, PLEASE COMMUNICATE this to me IN ADVANCE (at least 1 hour) of your scheduled pick-up time.
• IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 30 MINUTES LATE, WITHOUT ADVANCE NOTICE, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $10 INCONVENIENCE FEE. YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE RELEASED UNTIL THE FEE IS PAID.

This is literally a one person business. I manage my time so that I am available to bring your order out to you as quickly as possible upon your arrival. Preparation of other orders, my breaks, clean-up, etc. are all planned around customer's scheduled pick-ups. So if you arrive too late, it will be an inconvenience to me; and it may result in you waiting outside for several minutes. So, please do your best to adhere to your scheduled pick up time.
